These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WingettCo website at wingett.co and any digital products purchased through our Payhip storefront. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.
WingettCo is a digital product business offering operational governance frameworks, templates, dashboards, and playbooks to industrial operations professionals and PE-backed platform operators. WingettCo is a trade name operating out of Atlanta, GA.
Upon purchase of any WingettCo digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased product for your own internal business operations.
What you may do: Use the product for your own business operations. Adapt templates and frameworks for internal use within your organization. Reference the frameworks and methodologies in your work.
What you may not do: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any WingettCo product in whole or in part. Share purchased files with individuals outside your organization. Repackage or rebrand any WingettCo product as your own. Use any product for training a competing product, course, or service offering.
These restrictions apply regardless of format — Excel, PDF, or any other file type delivered at purchase.
All sales of digital products are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us at contact@wingett.co and we will work to resolve it promptly.
All WingettCo content — including but not limited to frameworks, templates, playbooks, dashboards, written methodology, website copy, and design — is the intellectual property of WingettCo and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying content or methodology.
WingettCo products are operational frameworks and reference tools — they are not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in any WingettCo product or website constitutes professional advice, and no product should be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional counsel specific to your situation.
WingettCo does not represent or warrant that any product will produce specific financial or operational outcomes. Results depend on your organization's specific circumstances, implementation, and execution.
Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WingettCo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product or content.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WingettCo and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
WingettCo distributes products through Payhip and captures email subscriptions through Netlify Forms. These platforms operate independently and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. WingettCo is not responsible for the practices, availability, or terms of these third-party services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
